I know I haven't posted anything for awhile and I apologize. The last several weeks have been quite a challenge and I just haven't figured out how to talk about it all just yet. I will try to get it all worded out and post an update before Zac goes in for his surgery on tues. He is so excited about getting a new leg soon and we've told him he has to have an amputation he motions to go ahead and amputate and has seen children walking with prosthetics and says that's me that's me!!!! Thank You God for making something so hard for Mark and I to do easier by giving our son the insight that this is a good thing to do. More later in the meantime enjoy the pics from yesterdays trip to the zoo.

your son knows that you love him and know what's best for him. He will do fine! We will be praying for him on Tuesday.
The day at the zoo was definitely a success! Loved the pictures of sleeping children in their carseats. I'll keep all of you in my thoughts & prayers tomorrow. Zach is truly a special little guy. I don't know many adults who would/could have his attitude about such a serious thing as an amputation. He is truly a gift from God!
