No it is not LOA although I would take that too!!!!! A few weeks ago I posted about Zebs insurance and secondary insurance that covers his limb difference denied our insurance claim when he had to go to the ER in March. Well I nice lady in medical billing told me how to appeal and what I needed to appeal. I got letters from the pediatrician and his physical therapist and sent copies of the bills, denials and the letters on down with a letter asking to appeal. I sent it the 22 nd of September and today I received a letter reversing the denial!!! I won the appeal and his $1000 hospital bill will be paid and not out of my adoption ransom money!!!!! Thank You Father God for this wonderful Blessing!!!!! It has been such a burden on my heart and a big fear we would have to figure this out and with travel coming I hope soon, and everything we need for Noah, all the incidences with the house and truck this summer. I just really wondered how we could do it all in this economy. I believe God that you can do all things and you have our back. Forgive my unbelief and my fear of the unknown! I am getting so excited about going back to China and know God will get us there hopefully this year!!!!!! It has been 88 days since our paperwork was logged into China the call could come any day now since we are up there above the average time for LOA.

Oh I'm taking this as a good sign.......My mom believed in signs.....so get ready for LOA!!!
