On Our Way

Sorry it has been awhile since my last post. We have been in the throngs of Ides of March with birthdays the flu flooding snow and more snow waiting and waiting for our homestudy and our PA to come. Now that spring is almost here we have had some momentum forward in our adoption and on fri the 15th we finally got the call we'd been waiting for that Noah is officially matched to us and pending that our dossier matches what we said in our LOI he will be our son. That afternoon our homestudy finally arrived and the mad dash to get our I650 out the door and on with the great chase! I sent our mariage license off today to be authenticated and as soon as our I171 comes the rest of our dossier will make it's way to Chicago. It is finally hitting home that I will be mom to 2 little boys by the end of this year!!!! Look out Jasmine and Zoe.

Zebidiah has really started to finally bond with me! He now cuddles up to me and tells me I Love you mommy and gives spontanious kisses. When you ask him if he is mommies son he says no mommy I am Zoe's son! So Zeb are you are you mommies boy then "no mommy I am Zoe's boy!" Ok so I have been replaced by my 4 yr old daughter! That is Ok Noah is mine he will say yes mommy. Ok well at least I hope he he will say yes. Say prayers for us that fingerprinting comes quick and INS gets our I171 turned over quickly so we can get this show on the road! Zoe keeps telling everyone she is going to China to get her brother and sister. I have no idea how she is going to get a sister too but she is so persistant that she is bringing 2 children home with us this trip. Oh what faith she has!!!!!

Ok better go get some supper made for everyone any ideas? I am so tired of cooking and wish warm weather would come so we can grill out. I love the summer!!!!!! I don't grill but can find a way to make sure most meals can be made on the grill by not me!!!

Tommorrow we celebrate Zeb's joining our family. I can't believe it has been a year since they placed our son in my husbands arms. Where is the time going.
