I can't believe summer is here and we've completed our 1st year of school! Where has the time gone? It was just last week we brought Zoe home as a happy 11 month old! Here are a few pictures of track and field day for the kindergarden class. Zeb and I had the pleasure of joining in and Grandma Bonnie came along to join in the fun! The last friday of school Grandma Bonnie and I made gingerbread dog houses for the class to decorate in honor of Zac to celebrate his summer birthday. Never in my wildest dreams did I think this project would be the hit that it became! We had teachers and aides comming in from all over the school. The kids had a ball. We decided to have a contest for who had the most decoration, the most creative, orderly and for the kids like Zac who like to see things crash most renovated! We also went on a class trip to the children's zoo and had so much fun riding the school bus and having a picnic etc... with the class. The last weeks were so much fun and I so enjoyed spending time with this group of 23 kids throughout the year. I will miss them all! Now to figure out what I can do with the 1st grade class this fall !!!
