On Saturday night we braved the crowds the cold and the security to go witness a piece of history. My dear dad braved the cold and rain to get tickets to the Sarah Palin Rally in our area. It was a packed house and more people there than tickets given. Zoe and I were in awe of this woman. She gets such a bad wrap and I really just don't get why. She is just like many of us moms " sick of the out of touch government!!!" The difference between her and well me she has more hootspa than I do. I don't think I could muster the courage to take on any public office.
Zoe is asking many tough questions for a 4 yr old. I wonder if public office is in her future? HHHMMMM I think I better start working on that law that says she can't run for president.
Happy Halloween and Happy Voting!!!!!!!!

Another Sarah Palin fan here (as well as a Yangdong mom) -- so bummed they didn't win (but more bummed that so many Americans wanted "change" so badly that they voted Obama into office -- yeah, I've got opinions on that!
Anyway, congratulations on getting your LOA for Zac, and I certainly hope that you get your TA soon, so you can get your wonderful son home in time for Christmas. Zac's little sister and brother are adorable...won't it be fun to have all three of your kids living under the same roof? : )
We were in Guangdong two years ago right now, getting our first dear daughter from Yangdong SWI. She's since been joined by a Jiangxi girl and we are crazy busy with the two of them and their three teenage brothers -- what a wonderful life.

Kelly,
We have a lot in common! My Zoe is a Jiangxi girly girl! Sarah Palin is my hero! Palin/ Thompson in 2012 is what I am waiting for.
I am bummed too and praying for the Change that can come from above.
We are wonderfully blessed also and can't wait to hear the laughter of 3 children all within 2 yrs of each other and all 3 the same size!!!!! Did you meet our Zac when you were picking up your daughter? He has been there for 4 years!
