Zoe's 100 Good Wish Quilt

After 3 years of working on and off and trying to figure out what I was doing, last week I finally finished Zoes 100 good wish quilt. I had never sewn when I started it but wanted to give my child a piece of Chinese tradition. So I bought a book and joined many quilt square and wish swaps. The quilt is 116" long and 108" wide. It is hand quilted by yours truly and I am really proud of how it turned out. I am now working on piecing Zebs and hope to get the top done this summer. I am currently collecting good wishes and fabric for Noahs quilt and wish book if anyone cares to be a part of this project. Email me and I will send the details and where to send the squishes. Zoe has 200 squares and the quilt is front and back the same. She will be surrounded by lots of love and blessings when she wraps in this every night.
So what do you all think of it! I'd love to hear your comments!!!!!!

Sorry to comment again but later can you share with us crafties how you do that handstitch-topstitch thing?
Is it a pattern or?
Do you draw it on then sew it?
How do you get the design to fit etc..?
How do you duplicate the design all over the quilt?

Thanks!
