Hello Freinds and Family. We have been waiting and waiting almost a month now for a reciept and fingerprint appointment date to get our INS clearance to adopt Noah. I finally broke down and emailed them on the emergency email addy and asked if something was lost in the mail. In the mean time I put out on email to a couple of my adoption groups to see if anyone else is having issues. Well they are also having issues. My response back from INS was that they are bogged down and way behind. This office not long ago was so quick and easy and efficient. Believe with us for favor with INS. Noah has waited 4 years for a family and he doesn't need to wait anymore. We need this 1 piece of paper and we can get our dossier submitted and get him home. I need our paperwork to move through the pile. Thank you. I believe in miracles and am expecting many in this journey to bring home our son! He is worth it all!!!!!!
